Job description
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Receiving approved requisitions from the corporation and executing transactions in a timely and accurate manner,
- Validating purchase orders, checking information completeness of requisition, reviewing and correcting all confirmations to decrease service errors,
- Releasing reviewed and approved purchase orders to suppliers,
- Following company procurement processes, controls and policies,
- Facilitating purchasing transaction activities, to ensure that company purchasing controls are in place and transactions are in compliance with corporate policies,
- Creating and updating vendor master data,
- Supporting/ providing training to local requestors in purchasing process,
- Contacting requestors and suppliers,
- Playing an active role in maintaining contact with corporate department and stakeholders,
- Ensuring timely communication within the department, company, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Nasze wymagania
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement and Shared Service,
- Knowledge of SAP SRM will be a plus,
- University degree (bachelor or higher education),
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Multi-tasking ability, together with ability to meet tight deadlines,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills,
- Ability to build strong internal and external business relationships,
- Assertiveness combined with high customer orientation,
- Ability to teamwork.
