Job description

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Manage a team of accountants responsible for accounting processes in Poland,
  • Prioritize and process daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting process,
  • Coordinate and actively contribute to the performance of the team,
  • Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope,
  • Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels,
  • Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service,
  • Participate in special projects and activities assigned by Process Manager,
  • Identify process improvement and standarization opportunities, and support implementation process.
Requirements

Nasze wymagania

  • At least 4 years of experience working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and experience in leading a team,
  • Good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and local compliance,
  • Experience in one of the accounting processes (ATR, OTC/CM),
  • University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent,
  • Good knowledge of English,
  • Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software,
  • Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills,
  • Excellent leadership skills,
  • Goal-driven team management skills,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Ability to work well with other cultures,
  • Willingness to undertake new challenges.
