Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 21 European markets. There are already 350 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Job description
This is how your responsibilities could look like: 💻
- Supporting a variety of business processes within our Shared Service Center
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily operational tasks
- Maintaining data quality in internal systems and tools
- Monitoring and updating documentation related to processes and procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
- Responding to queries related to your area of responsibility
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization
- Following internal guidelines, compliance standards, and service-level expectations
Requirements
We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚
- University degree in finance & accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles & rules
- Very good excel skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of additional European language knowledge as nice to have
- Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
- Collaborative attitude with approach of solution finding
- Analytical skills
