Job description
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Maintenance of existing GBS Support SNOW landscape
- Working on updates to existing Service Portal on SNOW
- Driving CSM (Customer Service Management) ServiceNow implementation project
- Taking over responsibility assigned to SNOW in LeanIX software
- Based on users feedback, business needs and audit requirements build new instances of SSCA SNOW (including budget coordination and validation, demand creation and solution verification)
- Providing guidance and expertise related to SSCA/GBS Support SNOW on global level to all users (including trainings, support and coordination of issue solving)
- Ownership of FK_SSCA_Project_Support generic mailbox
- Act as single point of contact regarding all projects, initiatives, question or queries related to Shared Service Center Application on ServiceNow platform
- Collaboration with Fresenius stakeholders in various time zone
Requirements
Nasze wymagania
- Strong experience ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform (ESC/CSM).
- Experience in IT implementation projects (Agile deployment).
- Autonomous and solution-oriented working practices.
- Fluent business English.
- Curiosity concerning the discovery and exploitation of new topics.
- IT oriented with analytical skills
